We offer same-day appointments for urgent care needs and typically have primary care appointments available within 24-48 hours. Direct Primary Care members receive priority scheduling.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a valid photo ID, insurance cards, current medication list or bottles, and any recent medical records. For sliding fee patients, bring income verification and payment.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We operate by appointment only to ensure adequate time with each patient. However, we accommodate urgent medical needs with same-day scheduling when possible.

We accept only a few insurance plans. Our Direct Primary Care model offers an affordable alternative that works alongside high-deductible insurance plans.
How long are typical appointments?
First-time appointments are scheduled for 30-45 minutes, while follow-up visits typically last 15-30 minutes. We never rush our patients and provide thorough, personalized care.
Do you offer telemedicine visits?
Yes! We provide remote health consultations for established patients and Direct Primary Care members. Video visits are perfect for follow-ups, medication management, and minor health concerns.

Frontier's Controlled Substances Policy

At Frontier Clinic, your safety and well-being are our priority. Due to national guidelines and our commitment to responsible prescribing, we generally do not prescribe opiates or benzodiazepines (or other controlled substances) for long-term conditions. These medications may be considered for acute, short-term needs on a case-by-case basis, and at the provider's discretion.
